Being a professional sailor and chef, I decided it was time that boat food improves and so Baking on Boats was born!
52 recipes which can be created in any small galley/kitchen. All recipes have been created in a traditional boat kitchen consisting of a 3 ring gas burner and the dreaded un-even temperature gas boat oven. Along with some of my favourite gadgets such as a blender and “Simon” the sous vide!
I hope you enjoy the recipes I have put together here. You don’t have to be on a yacht in the middle of the ocean to have a little sunshine on your plate!
